Concealer is more denser than foundation, allowing fuller treatment of trouble spots and hyperpigmentation (red areas). It can be use over foundation or on it own, and has better staying power. Remember, a little goes a long way! Since the skin under your eyes is more clearer, it leans to seem dark, particularly at the inner corner near the bridge of the nose. To even out the tone, concealer must be use. Using liquid concealer, gently tap over dark under-eye circles (do not sweep it across the entire area), then mix together with your ring finger. To coat trouble spots and imperfections, put in thicker cream concealer onto the blemish or flaw. Then flippantly press with a makeup sponge.
